Music and Memories, Songs from yesteryear...
...is a fun, interactive and highly customizable music show for seniors at retirement communities, senior apartments, assisted living centers, churhes or community centers for gatherings, birthday parties, dances, expo fairs, outings, private parties or as part of the regular actvitiies schedule.
It is designed to stimulate the
senses, help trigger areas of memory and involve the audience in a
variety of simple motor skills through fun, interactive activities. |
The Show:
As the host, I bring a
variety of standards and classics in many music styles, all from the
30's, 40's, 50's and even 60's. Using a core lineup of songs and ideas,
I work interactively with each audience to create discussion,
activities, themes, and a musical direction that is truly customized
and unique to each show.
Participants can request their own song
selections and, if I don't have something, can even start a list of
requests for next time.
